Sueños del Cañon, is an economic 20 unit condo development consisting of 7 studios, 10 two bedroom units, and 3 three bedroom units. The site layout keeps vehicular circulation close to the road to minimize paving within the site, and creates a buffer between the units and the street. A large communal open space is located in the center, and the varied cluster massing creates intimate and landscaped circulation throughout the site.

The entire site is designed to create a park like campus to give families a recreational space away from vehicular traffic, and is designed to take advantage of the neighboring Taos Youth and Family Center. All of these amenities create a feeling of a unique home for families and visitors.

Stormwater is collected and stored on site and used for landscape irrigation. To save on energy costs, all the units are oriented to take advantage of solar gain using either trombe walls or large south facing windows.
